On Site Dental Care
HealthCircle provides in-home, at-work and retirement residence dental care services for the Ottawa area. Our dental hygienists are trained and experienced healthcare professionals with an in-depth understanding of oral health and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
What to expect
The dental hygienist will go over your medical and dental history, chart existing teeth and fillings, perform an examination of your mouth, head and neck, and address any questions and concerns regarding your oral health. Following the initial assessment will be a professional teeth cleaning outlined by your dental hygienist. Using state-of-the-art mobile dental equipment, the cleanings are performed at a level equal to the services received in traditional dental offices. Our aim is to make your first visit experience as comfortable as possible.

HealthCircle uses the Ontario Dental Hygienists' Association (ODHA) Fee Guide to set consumer prices. In most cases, this results in a significant savings to the consumer and aligns directly with the reimbursement policy of most major insurers. The Guide is available at the ODHA website. For further information on our fees, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment is required at the time services are delivered; at the end of the appointment.
For your convenience, we now accept Cash, Check, Mastercard and Visa.
If you have dental insurance, you will be reimbursed by the insurance carrier directly as dental benefits vary according to each individual's policy. Insurance companies accepting claims from independent dental hygienists include Co-operators, Desjardins, Empire Life, Equitable Life, Sun Life, Great West Life, Industrial Alliance, Manulife, Public Service Dental Care Plan, Standard Life, and Veterans Affairs Canada, to name a few.
