Get back to nature with fresh air, forest walks, nourishing vegetarian meal, yoga and meditation.

Located 45 minutes from Ottawa, this 400 acre property provides a complete escape with meadows, forests, streams and a crystal clear lake.

Katie teaches yoga that is fun, fluid, and intelligently sequenced, yet safe and accessible for all levels. She is passionate about living a healthy, balanced life, and inspiring others to find wellness, acceptance and balance in their own lives.

Schedule

9:30 am          Arrival

10 am              Yoga- an energizing, strengthening flow suitable for all levels

12 pm              Vegetarian Lunch

1-4 pm             Afternoon free time for relaxing, walking, swimming, etc...

4 pm               Yoga- rejuvenating flow and guided meditation 

5:30 pm          Departure

 

This is the perfect package for those wanting to rest and relax in a beautiful outdoor setting.
